Are you a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist seeking a rewarding locum opportunity within a GP surgery setting? We have an opening in Camberley, Surrey, offering competitive hourly rates and the chance to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
📍 Location: Camberley, Surrey
💷 Hourly Rate: £40.00 per hour (depending on experience)
📆 Contract Duration: Starting ASAP throughout until July with possibility of extension.
🕘 Working Hours: Mon, Tues and Thurs, 9:00 – 17:00
🏥 Setting: GP Surgery
💰 Payment: Weekly payments
Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Reviews: Conduct face-to-face consultations with patients to manage chronic diseases and perform comprehensive medication reviews.

Prescription Management: Oversee prescription processing, ensure accuracy, and provide prescribing services in line with current guidelines.

Medicines Reconciliation: Review and reconcile medications for new patients and those recently discharged from hospitals to ensure continuity of care.

Clinical Audits: Participate in clinical audits to enhance prescribing practices and improve patient outcomes.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with GPs, nurses, and administrative staff to deliver integrated patient care.
Requirements:

GPhC-registered Pharmacist with relevant clinical experience.

Experience in a GP surgery or primary care setting is preferred.

Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
